Mì Xào Hải Sản is a popular Vietnamese stir-fry inspired by Chinese cuisine. It’s often served in restaurants and street stalls, with a balance of flavors from the sea and crunchy vegetables.

400 g fresh egg noodles 150 g shrimp (peeled deveined) 150 g squid (cleaned sliced) 100 g firm white fish (sliced) 1 small bok choy (chopped) 1 carrot (julienned) 1 onion (sliced) 3 cloves garlic (minced) 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp oil

Prep Noodles
Blanch noodles, drain.

Fry garlic in hot oil.

Stir-fry shrimp, squid, fish until just done, remove.
